In Agresso I used to raise a desk request. How do I do that in SAP?

In SAP, a desk request is raised via a Service Entry Sheet (SES) in the Procurement module. Here are the steps for your organisation:

  1. Navigate to MM → Purchase Order → Create Service Entry Sheet.
  2. Enter your cost centre and service details.
  3. Submit for approval via your line manager workflow.
